First Day of Summer Giveaway 2018

These terms and conditions apply to the “First Day of Summer Giveaway” advertised on Trendy Rompers official Instagram account @trendyrompers (US) posted on June 21, 2018. ("Giveaway") This “giveaway” is a random prize draw which offers entrants and their best friend a chance to win one piece from TrendyRompers.com (valued between $27 USD - $51 USD),  No purchase necessary. Free shipping. US residents only. Must be 18+ years of age to officially enter giveaway. 

Per Instagram rules, we must mention this is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram, Inc. By entering, entrants confirm they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s term of use.

1. Conditions of entry – to participate in this Giveaway, you must satisfy the following:

1a. You must be 18 years of age or older; By participating, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older;

1b. You must be a resident of the United States;

1c. You may enter multiple times. Entries made by third parties on your behalf, are not permitted;

1d. You are not permitted to enter if you are our employee or their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise associated with the giveaway;

1e. You must agree to and comply with these terms and conditions; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified.

2. How to enter - To enter this giveaway posted on the official Trendy Rompers Instagram account @trendyrompers you will need to:

2a. Follow the official Trendy Rompers Instagram account @trendyrompers;

2b. Using your Instagram account, “Comment” on the post by tagging on best friend with their Instagram handle and comment with either the rainbow emoji or hibiscus emoji 

3. Entry period – you can enter the giveaway at any time between June 21, 2018 at 9am PST and June 22, 2018 at 9am PST (“Closing Date”) (“Entry Period”). Entries will not be accepted after the Closing Date.

5. Winner selection - all eligible entrants’ Instagram handles will be placed in a draw and 3 winners and their best friend (tagged) will be selected at random (“Draw”) after the Closing Date. Our decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the Giveaway will be entered.

6. Prize – the prize for the winner will be as follows (“Prize”):

6a. One romper or jumpsuit of the winner's choice from trendyrompers.com, excluding "Sold Out" or "Out of Stock" items. Selection must be redeemed by June 27, 2018. No purchase necessary, no exceptions. 

6b. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing by us and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, cash alternative or any other form of compensation. The Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with one of the same or greater value. 

7. Winner notification - The winner will be announced on Trendy Rompers official Instagram @trendyrompers on or around June 22, 2018 at 2pm PST. The winner will also be contacted by Instagram direct from @trendyrompers message within 3 days of the giveaway. The winner will be asked to confirm their Instagram handle, full name, age, postal address, email address and telephone number to claim the Prize and provide proof of identity where necessary. We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Prize Giveaway if you are unable to provide such details. The Prize must be claimed within 5 days of the date of our notification to you. If the Prize is unclaimed after this time we reserve the right to offer the Prize to another winner selected in accordance with these terms. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the Prize or any part of the Prize, we reserve the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and we will be able to retain or dispose of the Prize (or part of the Prize) at our own discretion.

8. Announcement of the winner - the name and country of residence of the winner will be made available upon request for 2 months after the Closing Date. Please write to the address below for these details.

9. Disqualification - we reserve the right to refuse to award the Prize or disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in this giveaway or won using fraudulent means. Late or incomplete entries which do not satisfy these terms and conditions will be disqualified and not be entered into the Giveaway.

10. Changes to the Prize Draw - we reserve the right to cancel or amend the Prize Giveaway at any stage where we deem it necessary and/or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of this Prize Giveaway, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

11. Information about you - by entering this Prize Giveaway you agree that we may hold and use your personal data (including without limitation your Instagram handle, name, date of birth, email address, postal address and telephone number) for the purpose of administering the Prize Giveaway and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy (https://www.trendyrompers.com/pages/privacy-policy) Including where necessary. Where you are the winner, you agree we may disclose your name and country of residence to other entrants of this Prize Giveaway. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 do not use or provide any information about yourself including without limitation your name, address, email address or screen name or user name you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 12. Instagram - This Prize Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering this Prize Giveaway you agree to release Instagram of any liability caused in respect of this Prize Giveaway.

13. Liability - to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the Prize Giveaway or arising from your acceptance and use of the Prize.

14. Law - these terms are governed by the law of the United States.
